Proarc Fileshare Outbound is an integrated solution for distributing documents from Proarc EDMS to external recipients in a secure online download location.

Fileshare Outbound is well-suited for issuing transmittals with large files or document packages containing many files. The solution is integrated with Proarc workflow, enabling seamless process flows where selected documents are reviewed, approved, issued to stakeholders.

Proarc EDMS captures distribution and download events, with recipients and dates, in a detailed audit history for full traceability. Fileshare Outbound makes it easy for external recipients to download transmitted documents in a secure manner.
