Four members of the JGC Engineering Team completed an intensive five-day training course at the SeaRoc office in Chichester, provided under Ascertra-SeaRoc Limited's Consultancy services. JGC are the first Japanese EPC Contractor to complete the course, and partnering discussions are ongoing with SeaRoc (now Ascertra-SeaRoc Limited) to develop the strong relationship between the companies.
SeaRoc Group, in partnership with SMC, provided the JGC Team with a solid understanding and knowledge base in the techniques of Marine Co-ordination along with detailed training and guidance on the market-leading SeaPlanner Marine Management System.
Commenting on the training initiative, Steve Pears, Managing Director at SeaRoc, said:
