End of Life
Proarc 7.4 and Older Versions

Active Support (AS) for Proarc 7.4 will end on March 31, 2026.
All versions older than Proarc 7.4 are End of Life.1
Proarc 7.4 customers with maintenance and support can optionally subscribe to Extended Support (ES) for an additional period of up to 12 months. When this period expires on March 31, 2027, Proarc 7.4 will reach End of Life.

Proarc Online Platform
The Proarc Online platform ensures reliability, security, and performance by leveraging the following:
- Mature, secure, and scalable online services & applications
- Enterprise-grade hardware, network, and storage
- Infrastructure services for performance optimization, monitoring, disaster recovery, and security against attacks
- Detailed audit logging, policy governance, and workflow-driven compliance to processes
- ISO 27001 certified Proarc Online application
- Cloud Service Provider (CSP), Microsoft Azure, with the largest compliance portfolio, including ISO 27001, SOC2, and CSA Star

Why is this happening?
Ascertra is ending maintenance and support for Proarc 7.4 to reduce burden from aging technology, to reduce risk associated with limitations on 3rd party software support, and to focus on investments in Proarc Online. Ascertra is transitioning its Proarc investment strategy from cloud first to cloud only, so technology obsolescence and upgrades will no longer be a concern for customers.
What does this mean for you?
If you are currently using Proarc 7.4 or older versions, and wish to continue using Proarc with all advancements, you should migrate to Proarc Online.
