Hi,
I'm Amanda, a Product Manager at SeaRoc Group. Developing from a passion for geography and software development, I studied for a BSc in Geoinformatics and an MSc in Geographical Information Systems.
I have a multi-faceted role in the organisation managing the product on a day-to-day basis and also being the resident expert as the Senior GIS Solutions Architect, largely focused, but not limited to the asset management side of the software, web mapping technology, and geographical information systems for the SaaS capabilities of the SeaPlanner and SitePlanner software.
I have a strategic position which includes engaging with our customers to assess requirements, through to detailed design and steering the future developments working with the senior management team to meet the evolving requirements of the business and clients.
I am very passionate about the use of quality mapping to assist in the decision making process and information sharing.
My enjoyment of reading and paddle boarding allows me to relax and prepare for the next challenge.
