Asset Interface Management System:
Brownfield projects include a significant number of interactions between the expansion & maintenance projects and the existing facilities. To improve the outcome of these projects and ensure asset resilience throughout, these interactions need to be managed effectively and efficiently. While interface management has been widely adopted for the design and construction phases of greenfield projects, its impact and application on brownfield projects has not yet been fully realized. During their presentation, they will discuss how interface management can be applied to brownfield projects to minimize business interruptions at existing facilities and improve overall operational efficiency.
